Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 April 2026

1. Use of Curalith

Curalith is a care management system for authorised care providers and their approved staff. You must only use the system for lawful care, medication, operational, audit, and management purposes connected to your organisation.

2. Authorised Access

Each user must use their own account or approved shared-device workflow. You must not share passwords, impersonate another user, or access resident information unless you have a legitimate care or management reason to do so.

3. Care Records

Care notes, medication records, risk assessments, incidents, safeguarding records, and reports must be accurate, respectful, timely, and factual. Your organisation remains responsible for reviewing entries and meeting applicable care, data protection, and safeguarding duties.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Resident information is confidential. Users must follow their employer's policies, UK GDPR obligations, safeguarding procedures, and any professional standards that apply to their role.

5. Availability and Security

We work to keep Curalith available and secure, but no system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Care providers should maintain appropriate contingency plans for downtime, connectivity loss, and urgent clinical or safeguarding situations.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
